The Desmond Regamaster EVO II is a motorsport-grade wheel forged entirely in Japan from a single piece of high-strength 6061 aluminum. Using an 8,000-ton forging press, each wheel begins life under immense pressure to shape a dense, uniform grain structure. This results in an exceptionally strong base before precision machining brings the final form to exacting tolerances. The outcome is a wheel that embodies lightweight strength and refined craftsmanship.

To combat tire slippage under extreme conditions, each Regamaster EVO II features a knurled bead seat. This micro-texturing increases friction between the tire and the rim, improving grip and consistency during high-load situations such as hard launches or heavy cornering.
